From France, this Vermouth has long been the benchmark for fine French Vermouth. Made with fine wines of the Savoy region and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambéry. This clear, sweet Blanc was the first created and made by Dolin (long before Italian producers replicated the style as ‘Bianco’). Serve with sliced strawberries, a splash of soda and a twist. Also pairs well with blanco tequila, unaged whiskey, or other flavorful clear spirits. It is ideal for infusions of melon or other fruit, and an appetizing accompaniment to a wide variety of cheeses.
