This distinguished expression of traditional Piedmont flavors is a wine-based Amaro – predecessor to the now more common styles of Amari. Made by an infusion of Cardoon, Blessed Thistle, and other botancials in the estate wine of Bosca, which is then rested in oak for at least 6 months. From a 7th generation winemaking family. Serve with Manchego Cheese or mix in a cocktail with Vermouth Rouge.
