Product Description
Produced by a historic brewery in Akita, Japan that dates back to 1656, this Sake is made from pure water, sourced from the point where three rivers carrying cold mountain water meet, and highly milled, artisanal rice, the perfect balance of which results in a sake with a pure, elegant flavor and aroma. Bright pear and hints of green apple, with an underlying minerality are found on the nose. The taste has delicate structure, with hints of fresh orange peel and cantaloupe. Medium length, finishes dry.
