Our August dinner is focusing on authentic Mexican food paired with complimentary wines. The menu will consist of four courses of traditional Mexican dishes (not tex-mex) made by Anna’s family members, sister Liz Arias, brother-in-law Jason Boyd, and mother Carolyn Kizer. The dishes are listed below. Level II Sommelier, Dom Decastro of Winebow will be selecting the wines. Once we have wine pairings, we will update the menu.
