Sunday, April 12 @ 6 PM, come spend a culinary evening with us enjoying the foods and wines of Greece! Chef Regan Stachler has crafted an authentic 4 course meal that will be paired with 5 wines from all different regions and producers presented by the lovely Rita Tyrell of American Premium Beverage.

Greece is one of the world's oldest wine-producing regions, currently experiencing a "renaissance" driven by over 300 indigenous grape varieties and modern winemaking techniques. While historically known for Retsina, modern Greek wine is celebrated for its diverse styles, ranging from the crisp, volcanic whites of Santorini to the bold, age-worthy reds of Northern Greece. Greek white wines account for approximately 70% of the country's total production. The wine regions within Greece that this dinner will explore are Neméa, Naoussa, Central Greece, the Aegean Islands, and the Ionian Islands.
