Join us for an evening centered around OYSTERS & WINE! Adam Brinson, a Pittsboro resident with Eastern roots, will be here shucking his raw "Miss Pam's" oysters he grows on the Bay River in Pamlico County. The oysters are sweet and mild with a medium salinity, pairing well with a variety of accoutrements. 

Along with Adam, Bill Hartley and Jaime Lewert of J Dubs Po’ Boys will be here serving up oyster stew and smoked oyster bruschetta.

On top of all this fabulous food focused on oysters, you will also taste 8 wines from 2 wine purveyors that pair perfectly with oysters.
